+**Case & Engagement Management**
+We use both case and engagement to describe the case management module within blazingAudit. Cases are opened in two ways:
+.  Based on an answer to one or more questions as defined by an [[start:alerts|alert setup]] when designing the audit.
+.  From the respondent (audit target) management page using the Open a new case option after selecting an audit respondent.
+Multiple cases can be opened by a single audit, and once opened the [[start:case management|case can be managed]] by an audit administrator.
