Updating the Respondent Panel
Depending on the permissions provided you may have the ability to update one or more pieces of information about the respondent/employee/store/company (it's location, region, zone, store manager etc.). If permission has been granted you will have an Update button on the “Respondent Information” quadrant (top left) of the “Manage Respondent” section. You may find that only a few of the items are available for editing (enabled). On most browsers these fields will appear as standard textboxes while those that are not available will be highlighted in some way.
If the textbox can be edited simply enter the updated information and click the Update button.
